We entered the specialist disability accommodation (SDA) space to create real and lasting change for some of our most vulnerable Australians.

Since 2022, we’ve purchased properties across Western Australia and South Australia — with the purpose of developing a range of architecturally designed Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment projects. Each site has been strategically selected for its proximity to public transport, healthcare services, shopping centres, restaurants, and key support service providers, including SIL (Supported Independent Living) groups.

All projects provide the highest level of SDA performance, being fully accessible to High Physical Support. Each development has been custom-designed to suit its site conditions, achieving both environmental sustainability and architectural excellence with a minimum 7-star energy rating.

Apartment projects range from three to four storeys (excluding undercroft car parking), with each unit averaging 90m². Layouts include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious balconies, and storerooms. Interiors feature high-quality finishes such as stone benchtops, floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms, hybrid timber flooring, window treatments, Haier appliances, and integrated assistive technology.

All developments include at least one Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) apartment for carers, along with shared amenities such as landscaped courtyards, common rooms, and roof terraces. All have assistive technology and fire services to meet full SDA compliance.

Depending on the site, our projects include between 9 to 15 SDA apartments, each supported by one or two dedicated OOA units.

Current locations include: Cloverdale, Kewdale, Gosnells, Maddington, Armadale, Rockingham, Halls Head, Ellenbrook, Bunbury, Blackview and Kilkenny.
